The Asperger/HFA Network

The Asperger/HFA Network is a Swedish contact and information network for adults with Asperger syndrome (AS) and high functioning autism (HFA). Asperger syndrome/HFA is autism in people with normal or high intelligence.

As such it's a neurological disability; the causes of the condition are biological and the condition is for lifetime, although this does not mean that people with AS/HFA cannot develop and compensate for their problems.

The symptoms include: major problems with social interaction, intense special interests, "odd" way of using language and "odd" body language.
